Mr. Ghazi Al Hawamdeh, the director of the Tenders Department, pointed out some of the highlights such as expanding the medical network and guaranteeing to not suspend the medical assurance with notifying the university within at least 15 days and, in the case of suspending the service by the company itself, it guarantees to pay all expenses for those who are covered with the insurance, and it's to be cut off from its financial support. In addition, the company offers facilitation in procedures for meditation requests and a discount between 20 per cent to 30 per cent for dental treatments. Al Hawamdeh added that the agreement will reflect a positive attitude on the staff members pointing out that treatment expenses will be cut off their salaries after the audit procedure and the company discount.
