The organisation is based in Inverness, in the north of Scotland, and is supporting businesses throughout the UK and wider Europe. Rene Looper is the founder and managing director, and a fanatic believer in the power of social media in improving marketing, sales and customer service. He enjoys sharing his passion and expertise on social media and e-marketing techniques and is widely seen as one of the first people in the Highlands of Scotland to actively promote the benefits social media can bring to any type of business or organisation.
