Tune Up Fitness develops exclusively branded Group Fitness Programming for major fitness chains based around their Roll Model® Method and Yoga Tune Up® Formats. Launching nationally in 2016, 24Hr. Fitness Clubs is debuting Treat While You Train™, a regeneration program that uses the science of self-myofascial release, restorative stretches and stress reducing breath techniques to assist members with recovery and performance. In 2013, Equinox Fitness Clubs launched the Rx Series, a recovery program focusing on the 3 M's - massage, mobilization and maximizing performance. Tune Up Fitness also has a programming partnership with YogaWorks, where members can find regularly scheduled YTU Classes, Workshops and Trainings.
