The Tunstall Organization (TTO) was featured as an example of a small CPA firm that was able to reach & successfully service a venture funded technology start-up, OMGPOP, to an exit. OMGPOP reached out to us through www.teaspiller.com, a website that connects CPAs and clients - both for business and personal accounting needs. We were able to tailor OMGPOP's accounting system to capture transactional data that made it easier to report, easier to reconcile to monthly statements and also helped facilitate a swift exit when purchased by the public company Zynga (ticker:ZNGA). Actually, one of the attorneys of the deal said this was the quickest deal from LOI (Letter of Intent) to close that he'd ever seen...or heard of.
