As an approved member of the Glass & Glazing Federation, your deposit is protected under the GGF Deposit Indemnity Scheme when you buy from us - so you know your investment is in safe hands. What if I have a problem after the installation? Following installation, any issues will be resolved immediately by our professional installation team. We have dedicated Aftercare teams for issues that arise during your guarantee period. Turkingtons also have a BSI audited Quality Management System, and as members of the Glass & Glazing Federation, we follow the GGF Customer Charter and Code of Conduct to ensure we deal efficiently and professionally with our customers. How long does it take to get a quote? From the initial point of contact, showroom visit or home appointment with one of our friendly team, we aim to get a quote back to you within 24 hours.
