Twain

Twain's has always brought you fresh food made in our kitchen, but you may not realize the extent to which we go. For instance our bacon is Brasstown pork belly that has been cured and smoked right here at Twain's. In addition the beef jerky we serve is also prepared and oven dried in house, making a great snack to go with our beer. Look for our own house brined/cooked corned beef with a flavor reminiscent of the lower east side, made traditionally inside our walls. You can be sure that Twain's staff is proud to serve the food they know has been made fresh from scratch by our Kitchen Crew with care and thought, and with your enjoyment in mind.
