Twyford Cookers

In the early 90s Rose and Ian took over a reclamation yard near Gloucester; and then in 1994 they moved to Twyford Farm at Callow, just south of Hereford. It was from Twyford Farm that the business got its name. At first it was a bit of a cottage industry, but it grew and grew. They took on a factory unit at Moreton-on-Lugg, near Hereford and then in the year 2000 they moved to larger premises at Three Elms Trading Estate in Hereford. The business steadily expanded and in 2007 joined in a trading partnership with AGA Rangemaster Ltd, rebranding the business as AGA Twyford, the only AGA renovator authorised by AGA Rangemaster. In April 2011, the business expanded and moved again from Hereford to Leominster locating in a new, larger purpose built factory, offices and showroom. The showroom has been designated as a Deluxe Design Centre by AGA Rangemaster and is featured on the Rangemaster website. Between April 2007-September 2014, AGA Twyford supplied & installed renovated AGA cookers to the highest standard, using all AGA or AGA approved parts throughout their renovations and supplying them with a 5 year warranty, as with a brand new AGA. This supply was offered all over the UK and abroad with renovated AGA cookers from AGA Twyford installed in many homes in Europe, Australia, South Africa, US, Canada & more. In September 2014, after many years of successful cooperation with AGA in the renovation business, Twyford Cookers of Leominster became an official distributor for brand new AGA cookers, changing the business yet again and offering the full range of new AGA cookers & associated products. As part of this, limited cosmetic improvements to AGA cookers in association with AGA are still offered. From our showroom, we also sell and display other products from the AGA Cooker range such as Rayburn Ranges; AGA Masterchef XL, AGA S-Series, Rangemaster, La Cornue, Lacanche, Britannia, Fisher Paykel, Falcon and Mercury cookers as well as AGA and Stanley woodburners, and Rangemaster sinks and taps. The showroom features an AGA cookware shop, selling a wide range of kitchen products and accessories and a complete range of Betty Twyford products for the home and garden. Continue Browsing
