UCA is an engineering based company with several graduate engineers on staff with diverse manufacturing backgrounds. We have excellent knowledge of Castings, Forging, machining, associated processes and assemblies. Our mission is to provide assemblies, sub-assemblies, and component parts for our customers using our engineering and manufacturing expertise. We offer "just-in-time" deliveries by keeping parts in stock in our warehouse on case by case basis. Our major focus is to work closely with customers from product development stage which allows UCA to suggest alternate methods of manufacture that are less costly and save the customer money. We have successfully helped and continue to help in reducing costs on various major projects for Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, Fisher Controls, Sig-Simonazzi, Westinghouse, Dana Corporation, Ingersoll-Rand, Leggett and Platt and many other Corporations. Our re-engineered products include but not limited to, Latches, Window lift assemblies, conveyor systems for commercial and food applications, fuel valve assemblies and many more.
