Upper Columbia Conference

We, here in the Human Resources Department of Upper Columbia Conference, are committed to assisting our churches and schools in providing safe environments for our children. Our Volunteer Screening Service provides assistance to each local church in obtaining criminal history checks, personal referencing and personal training to all those who work with children on a regular basis. In addition, we supply training for the local Volunteer Screening Coordinators who will work with the volunteers in their local churches and schools. Bottom line, "Our ministry is to protect your ministry" (Adventist Risk Management, Inc.) thus protecting our children. Directions for Volunteer Screening: Shield The Vulnerable (STV) is the name of our new digital system for doing Volunteer Screening.
