we are a global facilitation company that makes cross-cultural collaboration work! what we do: we help high-performing teams inside large us-headquartered nonprofits and philanthropic institutions deal with the “messy human stuff”—egos, cultural differences, miscommunication, conflict—that creates silos that put their mission at risk. we break down barriers to collaboration across people, departments, and organizations. how we do it: we carefully matchmake organizations with our global community of over 100 facilitators to design and facilitate highly engaging meetings, off-sites, and training opportunities.
