We strive to create and lead the best fitness classes possible. We believe that quality and variety combat boredom. By offering a diverse variety of the best classes available under one roof, we're able to continually challenge our members. We take member satisfaction and amazement very seriously. We believe that members should be greeted with a smile and by name, and that our passion for service, health and fitness should shine through at all times. We do not assume that the conventional wisdom is correct. We believe fitness is foremost about people -which is why we complement our props and cycling bikes with world-class instructors who share the same belief. We believe that bigger is not necessarily better. Small class sizes allow us to create an environment where members can interact with each other and their instructors. We know that quality doesn't just happen. It requires a well thought-out program that ensures instructors are well trained, excited to teach, and staying on top of industry developments. It also requires that our studio is always clean, inviting and functional, and that every class is held to a level of excellence that leaves members energized and eager to continue their fitness pursuits.
