Urban League of Essex County

Founded in 1917, the Urban League of Essex County is an organization of professionals, volunteers, and trustees dedicated to improving the lives of residents throughout Essex County, New Jersey. Its mission to help residents achieve social and economic self sufficiency. The organization offers relevant programs and services in education, employment, housing, and economic development that empower communities and change lives. It is headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
