We will work to improve infrastructure of facilities and to provide all venues with the necessary equipment. This event aims to improve philosophy of a healthy lifestyle. These values are promoted by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Governor Sergey Morozov", - emphasized the Prime Minister of the region Alexander Smekalin. According to organizers of the event, within one and a half years it is planned to build plate structures and mobile sporting complexs in the territory around the Volga - Sport - Arena center. New facilities will also be included in the programme of the festival. In addition to the ice arena, exhibition performances will take place in the municipal institution of complementary education "Orion" and other places in the region.
