While the first Aquabags® where born in 2010, the concept of Ultimateinstability® B.V. was founded in 2013 by Paul Venner. Paul is an elite performance coach in professional sports. In working with world-class athletes and always looking for the edge on optimal performance and optimisation of learning processes he developed his training philosophy which forms the backbone of our organisation. With a team of young professionals Paul develops new innovative products and training methods. Besides our developers we have a small team of marketeers and sales managers which handle all customer contacts. Creating customer value is at the heart of their work.
