Ultimate Properties is a family-owned company that's been around for 30 years. I like to think that we're the perfect-sized company. We specialize in managing single-family homes. That's what we do. We're not a real estate company that does property management on the side. We are a true property management company. We're not overwhelmingly large like these huge national firms. We're a small family-owned company that's large enough to take care of all the things you need within property management, but small enough to give you the individual attention that you need. And by the way, we have 30 years of experience, and you're the benefactor of that. We are large enough to be experts in property management, but also small enough to have close relationships with our clients. We're a family-owned business. We've been in business for a long time. Unlike a lot of property management companies that have only been here for maybe 5-10 years in the Valley, we've been around for over 30 years.
