We serve a range of markets including medical, aerospace, commercial, industrial, energy and others. Our primary manufacturing facility is located in Monticello, MN just 30 miles northwest of the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport with convenient access via highways 494 and 94. Our end-to-end processes utilize ISO-9001: 2000, ISO-13485: 2003, and AS 9100:2004-01 certified systems. We are an FDA registered facility, compliant with Quality System Regulation 21 CFR Part 820 as well as ITAR compliant. Our capabilities include prototyping, engineering, precision machining, supply chain, quality management, continuous improvement, finishing and complex assemblies. With more multi-axis machines than most competitors, our machining capabilities include 5, 7, 9 and 11 Axis Machining, CNC Turning, EDM, Swiss, and Tool Grinding. We have extensive expertise in areas such as design for manufacturability, design of experiments, process characterizations, and gage repeatability and reproducibility along with many other disciplines.
