Umba is an ecommerce site where you can shop from a selection of handmade goods for women, men, children, and the home. Umba orders ship almost immediately. Umba Box is a monthly subscription box, curated by Umba's team of stylists. Umba Box subscriptions ship once per month, the first week of the month. When will I receive my Umba order? Our orders typically ship out within 2 business days, and are sent via USPS Priority, which can take another 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. What are shipping rates? We offer flat rate shipping of $6.95. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority. What is your return policy for Umba? We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please see our returns policy here. How can I give a gift? Umba offers several easy ways to give gifts. The first option is to let our stylists curate handmade goods and give an Umba Box subscription. Just use the recipient's shipping address while subscribing for Umba Box. You may also include a gift message during checkout, and we will handwrite your note and include it in their first delivery. Second, you can let them choose their own handmade products by purchasing a gift certificate. With either option, you may download and print an exclusive greeting card, available here.
