Umbria Digitale is the regional company total public capital depending on demand in-house operation established with Regional Law 11 April 1984, n 19, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The Company is the structure at the service of the Region, the Regional Companies and public agencies, the Health Authorities and the system of local autonomy of Umbria, specially constituted and operating in accordance with Community and internal regulations for the provision of IT services.
