Unbridled Homes

Unbridled Homes' owner and President, Ryan Band, is a third generation home builder with a passion for building quality affordable homes and a slight obsession with job site cleanliness. He grew up surrounded by homes under construction that were being built by his father, who has been one of Louisville's top custom home builders for 40 years. As a teenager he spent his summers working with trim carpenters, framers, painters and cleaning up his father's job sites. He attributes his passion for quality and his strict attention to detail to his father, who taught him to always use the best materials and most skilled craftsmen. He credits his obsession with job site cleanliness to his grandfather, who often reminds him that you can easily spot a builder who takes pride in the quality of his or her work by how clean they keep their job sites. Ryan is a member of the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville and the National Association of Home Builders.
