The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) is a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina System. Founded in 1887 to train American Indian teachers in southeastern North Carolina, UNCP now proudly educates more than 7,100 students in 41 undergraduate and 17 graduate degree programs.
