The Melbourne Journal of International Law ('MJIL') is a peer reviewed academic publication edited and managed by a team of law students at the Melbourne Law School. Now in its second decade of publication, MJIL enjoys a domestic and international reputation as a leading journal that focuses on both public and private international law. MJIL is a fully refereed journal and consistently publishes articles by pre-eminent international law scholars and practitioners from both Australia and overseas.
