Qaiwan University

Qaiwan University is an international university established in Slemani city - Kurdistan Region. Qaiwan University is franchised with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia to run several programs.UTM was established in 1904 and achieved university status in 1972 and then became Technological research university in 2010. UTM has strongly positioned the university in the tertiary sector as it provides an educational opportunity for 23,000 students over 18 schools and 5000 Ph.D. students linked to 2600 academic and research staff.Based on QS ranking UTM have achieved global and regional recognition by a subject having been listed as # 63 in Asia and #253 globally. Therefore, it is an attraction for international students across the globe. As a result, there are more than 2491 international students from 70 countries.
