Sapienza University
With over 700 years of history, 112,000 students in total, 4,000 teachers and 2,000 officials, technicians and librarians as well as 2,000 administrative staff in hospitals, La Sapienza is the first university in Europe. Its mission is to contribute to the development of the knowledge society through research, excellence and quality training and international cooperation. The Sapienza training offer includes over 270 undergraduate and master's degree courses, of which over 30 are taught in English, over 200 masters, about 80 research doctorates and 80 graduate schools.
