United Capital Markets Inc. (UCM) is a secondary market maker specializing in trading and sales of structured finance products concentrating in Asset Backed and Mortgage Backed Securities. UCM provides the marketplace with liquidity, by acting as a principal buyer of ABS subordinated notes in the secondary marketplace. On a continuous basis, the firm does extensive in house research of several hundred ABS securitizations and provides portfolio pricing for customers.
