Unity Partnership

Unity Partnership is a joint venture between infrastructure and business services group Mouchel and Oldham Council. Established in 2007 the business delivers a wide range of highways & engineering, property, ICT, transactional and customer services to clients in Oldham and across the Greater Manchester region.
