Over the years we have developed our business into a local trusted brand providing flexible and affordable IT support. Universal Computing was founded on a simple principle of 'making IT simple'. We were so convinced that our approach was right, we went straight into the city centre and purchased our own offices - where we reside to this day. Over the years, we have seen many other IT companies were come and go, from little computer shops to unknowledgeable multinationals whose only real appetite was for selling product insurance's - none were very appealing to business. We went our own way, we professionally fitted out our store & offices for a bright new modern feel. Once established, our 'making IT simple' approach worked, sales to private, business and government soared. Over the last 2 decades, we have continued to adapt and develop our products & services to include hosted services, website design, cloud hosting and cyber-security. Much of our success is this unique ability to manage & connect all aspects of our clients technology under one roof. Our commitment to Dunfermline and the local area is absolute, after large investments in 2002, 2010 and 2017, we continue to work with Dunfermline community & heritage groups promoting our beautiful city.
