It started operation on April, 1982 and the basic line of business is to engage in the purchase, sale, retail and wholesale of various kinds of industrial sewing machines, their accessories and parts and servicing of such machines and parts. The company also undertakes, in general, the importation, distributions and marketing of industrial sewing machines, finishing & pressing machines, fusing machines, cloth cutting machines, riveting/buttons machines & needles. The company started on April 18, 1981 under the name of UNIX IND'L. CO. and was appointed exclusive distributor of the following: Union Special Corp., AMF Reece, Maimin,Merrow and Utica Mill Specialty Co., Inc. on cutting equipment. On August 24, 1992, the company name was changed to UNIX INDUSTRIAL. CORP. and in 1994 our company was appointed as authorized dealer by JUKI H.K. Ltd. for the JUKI & Union industrial sewing equipment. Few years later, more products were added like auto button feeder from SEUNG IL,GROZ BECKERT needles, finishing & pressing machines from VEIT. Today, the company currently holds distributorship licenses from over 8 different companies around the world.
