Our process is based on a team approach that is committed to supporting and promoting environmentally responsible projects which produce both better buildings and healthier communities. The UPC team brings a depth of experience to projects ranging from small interventions to large-scale campus redevelopment. We are currently working on over a dozen projects throughout New York City and the Northeast region.
