The UpdateStar project refinances itself by allowing users to acquire and maintain all of their software licenses from within UpdateStar. Together with our e-commerce partners we generate sales and let our partners profit from these sales with commissions. We pay OEM partners 25% of all commissions generated from their installation base. We pay these referral fees for an unlimited time. So if you can establish a user base of let's say 100,000 users, you can imagine that this is attractive for a partner. If only one percent of your user base orders one update or product once a year, this sums up to 1000 orders. Interested partners can create their own partner version online. Each OEM partner version of UpdateStar includes a unique ID. This ID allows us to easily identify a sale to qualify for a commission. UpdateStar has partnered with industry-leading e-commerce providers and hundreds of software vendors, profiting from their brands and the trust users put in these brands. UpdateStar partners not only offer the leading software updater to their community, but also add a new revenue stream to their business.
