We also offer an optional one or two year extended warranty, as well as an optional 48 hour hot swap exchange warranty of your Image MASSter hard drive duplicator. Technical support is available Monday through Friday from 8am EST to 8pm EST. We are also available by appointment on weekends. All brand new Image MASSter hard drive duplicators carry a one year parts and labor warranty from the manufacturer.
