Upon The Rock Real Estate Services (UTR) was founded in 1999 based on a set of principals and ideals that include integrity, quality, and commitment to excellence. Michael J. Geis, UTR's founder and president, has over 10 years of experience in the appraisal industry. He has completed appraisal assignments on many types of properties including single family residences, 2-4 family residences, apartment complexes, small retail facilities and office facilities. He has completed various types of assignments including narrative, summary and restricted reports. Mike has also been involved in other aspects of the industry. His resume, available upon request, includes stints as a loan originator and a field service representative for a lender. Since, he understands your needs at most levels, UTR can provide you with personalized service from your perspective as well as an appraisal perspective. Mike also has training as an attorney (currently his license is categorized as inactive with the Ohio Stat Bar Association) which gives UTR the advantage of understanding most of today's laws and regulations governing our industry.
