UPP has been operating in the Stamford and Rutland area for many years. David Crooke originally set up the agency under the Moores Lettings brand and in 2014 acquired Oakham Property Services (OPS). In 2015 we re branded to the new and exciting UPP Property brand. We are a licensed member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), the only self regulating body specialising in the private rented sector. Having this license is evidence of our professionalism and shows you are dealing with somebody who is knowledgeable and that you can trust to do a good job.
