Ltd. at Lonavala, Maharashtra, India since 3rd May, 2008 till date. · Reporting to Managing Director. · ...35 Cottages Resort with 10 Acres. · Handling more than 100 Employees. · Operational Responsibilities: · Standardization of SOP. · Implementing reporting procedures and formats for the Outlets & Stores. · Monthly P & L and Projection of Sales & Budget. · Menu Engineering, Menu Designing, Food Costing and Projected P & L. · Equipment Ordering, i.e. Complete Project Execution. · Liaising with architects, designers and contractors for project execution with timeline. · Complete Renovation & Refurbishment of Hotel. · Marketing & Promotional Activities · Co-coordinating with the Marketing Department for all the promotional activities. · Designing of Brochures. · Birthday parties, conferences, seminars, small / big get-together organized to increase sales. · Marketing through Hoarding, Email, and News paper Advertisements.
