Urban Regen was established in 2006, with Managing Director Andy Walker, taking over sole ownership in 2009. Since 2006 Andy Walker and the team have expanded the services provided to the private and commercial sector within the brownfield land development sector. The expertise of the current Urban Regen team provides our clients with a wide range of expertise within the fields of remediation, demolition and civil engineering, with surety of delivery and budget. Sustainable development has increasingly driven the need to address the challenges presented by historic brownfield sites. Our extensive experience enables our clients to successfully meet these challenges, evidenced by the level of repeat and new business secured through what has been a difficult few years for the UK economy. Routinely involved on projects at an early stage, our customers have come to recognise the advantages of having the support of the Urban Regen team, as part of the larger delivery team, to identify and mitigate problems within the ground, avoiding unnecessary expenditure or delays to critical development projects. Our collaborative, all risk fixed price approach makes us the first call for many land developers.
