Stuart has in excess of 14 years of town planning and development approvals management experience in the Cairns region. Stuart's extensive knowledge and experience in the Cairns planning and development industry has been refined through building strong relationships with statutory authorities and leading technical consultants in related fields such as engineers, architects, surveyors, quantity surveyors, builders and building certifiers.
