US CareNet, based in Augusta, Ga., with assets including home health and private duty agencies across the US, provides a diverse, innovative group of post-acute health care and senior living services designed to meet the ever-changing healthcare needs of aging Americans. Established in 1995 as CareSouth, the company divested its CareSouth agencies in November 2015 and is now known as US CareNet.
