UserQA services are provided by EGM Systems, Inc., a privately held company, based in San Jose, California. We have offices in San Jose and in Boston, Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide cost effective solutions to our clients, that in turn ensure their customers' satisfaction. Our company is managed by experienced computer executives who are committed to providing dedicated service to clients. The three founders of UserQA services have all served in and managed QA departments in almost every type of user-oriented product or turnkey system. Between them the founders have over fifty years of experience in this area. We would like you to take advantage of it. We operate using the latest technology, and much of our work with customers is carried out using the Internet, thus avoiding waste of time and extra expense both for our customers and ourselves.
