Utitec has more than 75 employees working two shifts in a newly reconstructed 65,000 square foot manufacturing space and an additional 14,000 square foot manufacturing facility. With years of experience working in deep draw and stamped metal components, Utitec is home to expert craftsmen toolmakers, engineers and designers in deep draw and stamped components. As a result of significant investments, Utitec now offers in-house secondary services and state-of-the-art equipment. Previously outsourced, these secondary operations include heat-treating, vapor vacuum degreasing, customer preferred environmentally safe citric passivation and a level 10,000 clean room clean room packaging center. These new capabilities complement existing in-house sytems for additional customer added value.
