Initially, the company began selling classic and unique cars and from a young age cars have always been a passion of the owner and so he started a classic car business working from home. It quickly became a viable business which was selling about 20 classic cars a month; this continued for about three years. The main focus of the business was to always provide a fantastic customer journey, build a trusted relationship with the customer and in turn build a great reputation which would keep customers coming back. Quality classic cars became increasingly hard to source for the right price. This led to the company branching out into everyday vehicles, which resulted in discovering that ex-lease vehicles were a great investment. The benefits that the ex-lease vehicles had for our customers were the following: Most of the cars only had one owner. They had a full-service history. The cars were maintained regardless of cost as safety is the only driving factor. They were predominantly used for motorway driving so there was not a lot of wear and tear to the gear box, clutch and other mechanical parts. The business was now selling about 120 vehicles per month from the owners back garden; this was maintained by providing excellent customer service, building a great customer rapport which continued from selling classic cars. V12 Sports and Classics then moved to the Hinckley showroom in December of 2012. Sales quickly grew to 500 cars per month and from there the business has just gone from strength to strength. Following this, V12 Sports and Classics opened their Stoke-on-Trent showroom in June of 2016. The site was purchased from a gentleman who had operated it for 40 years. He had built up a very good reputation in the Stoke area and this fitted in with the V12 Sports and Classics business model of treating every customer like friends and family. V12 Sports and Classics then opened its third site in Wolverhampton in December of 2016, again this site was purchased from a family that had been there for 90 years and had built up a great reputation in the Wolverhampton area. Their business model complimented V12 Sports and Classics in the way that they also looked after and treated their customers like family and friends. These expansions where decided on to meet the demands of customers in the Wolverhampton and Stoke-on-Trent areas and it gave V12 Sports and Classics more opportunity to sell cars and deliver on their promise of giving the best customer experience possible each and every time. V12 Sports and Classics is all about providing fantastic customer service, amazing value vehicles and total piece of mind. Ensuring that all vehicles come with the AA Inspect and Protect package. Looking forward, the business is aiming to continue the rapid growth by becoming a household brand and they are sure that this is possible using their philosophy of "building a trusted relationship with each customer and treating them like friends and family"
