As Designated Broker of VacayAZ, Zach works to identify and transact top-producing assets in the Vacation Rental space with the goal of meeting the financial and personal needs of each investor. Zach also oversees the daily operations, ensuring the business systems are well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and online systems. Alec oversees strategy and execution of all marketing of VacayAZ. He coordinates with web developers, the media team, and creators to achieve the best online presence possible. Blanca oversees one of the most crucial roles in the vacation rental industry. With new guests and high occupancy rates, cleanings are done frequently and thoroughly. Blanca and her team keep the home at full health and fully cleaned between each guest.
