Vadnais

Vadnais Trenchless Services Inc., (A wholly owned subsidiary of Primoris Services Corporation) is a general engineering contractor operating for over 50 years. Vadnais started as a small underground general contractor in Southern California in 1959. The company was purchased by Paul Vadnais in 1989. He developed the company into primarily a trenchless contractor starting with its first trenchless project in 1992. Since that time, the company grew into the disciplines it offers today. Vadnais Corporation was purchased by Primoris Services Corporation in June of 2014.
