As of the end of 2019, when Vakf Katlm had completed its 4th year of operation, it already had an effective service platform, which integrated Alternative Distribution Channels (ADC) which are constantly developed with digital technology, with its physical service network consisting of 1,322 employees and 104 branches located in 42 provinces.
