The Company's main wholly owned subsidiary, Valartis Bank AG, is active in the Swiss equity and derivatives market, as well as Eastern European and Russian markets. It offers specialized services in the fields of investment consulting, corporate finance and asset management for family offices, pension funds, financial institutions and individual clients. Valartis Group AG is structured into three business divisions: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Investment banking. The Group has representative directorates in Russia, the United Kingdom and Austria.
