Vale de Moses

You are invited to retreat to Vale de Moses, a restored valley farm nestled in the remote and picturesque foothills of the Serra de Estrela mountains, central Portugal, and featured in The Guardian as one of the Best Yoga Retreats in 2017.  Between March and October, spend a week or more here on the edge of wilderness, in the beautifully and lovingly restored home of the Winter family, beneath the village of Amieira, Oleiros. Practice yoga daily, walk in forests, swim and mud bathe in rivers, breath mountain air, eat deliciously, sleep deeply. Retreat into nature.  This warm invitation to deepen your love affair with yoga, is open for everyone, travelling alone or with friends, new to yoga or practicing for decades. Retreats include morning and afternoon classes, a health consultation, massage and acupuncture treatment, 3 daily meals and a trip to the nearby Rio Zêzere.
