Valley Rain offers many opportunitites to many levels of employment from laborers & operators to concrete specialists & supervisors, not to mention administrative positions when available. Since 1975 Valley Rain has provided employment for many people in the Valley of the Sun. The dedication to the company and success of Valley Rain projects has kept many of the first employees around for several years. Valley Rain is rich in tradition in providing projects that are completed on time, meeting the expectations of the owner, and providing exceptional workmanship. The crews of 2002 are shown with their holiday turkeys posing for the camera which is now an annual event. The labor turn over rate at Valley Rain is much lower than the industry standard due primarily to the attitude of teamwork and office to field staff support that exists.
