Valley Regional Transit hereby publishes notice of intent to contract a sole source procurement. This notice is pursuant to Idaho Code IDAPA 38.05.01.045 where the compatibility of equipment, components, accessories, computer software, replacement parts and service is the paramount consideration. The sole source procurement is between Valley Regional Transit M-2 Technology and Consultants. Valley Regional Transit proposes to purchase the following: OCTD Application and Server Maintenance. The finance director for Valley Regional Transit has determined that there is only one vendor qualified to satisfy the needs of this purchase.
