Valley Rental Service, Inc. is based in Valley City and Fargo, North Dakota and manages properties in North Dakota and South Dakota. Our company establishes management relationships with property owners and develops a comprehensive system that coincides with each owner's business plan and mission statement. This system can include any or all of the following: complete accounting with financials, partial accounting, full-time management, part-time management, full-time maintenance, part-time maintenance and 24-hour emergency maintenance for any conventional, tax credit, government subsidized and/or 55+ independent living communities.
