VandY is the culmination of two Sanskrit words, Vardhini and Yatharth, which mean, growth and reality respectively, and these have been the two guiding principals of the company â€" a growth that is firmly grounded in reality. Established in 1997, in the beautiful city of Chandigarh (Northern India), VandY started its operations with a humble staff strength of 10, and a single operation. Since then, we have grown & evolved multifariously, and today stand tall and ripe with a work-family of 90+. The company has been a pioneer in the region in providing unique and superior services to customer-oriented Multi National Corporations (MNCs), financial institutions, telecommunication companies etc. We take great pride in VandY’s contribution in the region to make services in this sector standardised, organised, and process oriented. Founded by Sanjeev Verma, who comes with more than three decades of experience in the legal, pharma retail and hospitality sector, VandY has constantly endeavoured to create value for its clients.
