Vantage Investment offers access to private investment capital through our Private Mortgage Banking facility. Investors who focus on yield and preservation of capital earn 12% - 20% + yields on private funds placed in trust with Vantage Investment. Vantage Investment is a Direct Lender of investor trust funds for select transactions with Clients capable of providing substantial real estate collateral and means of repayment. Loan terms are generally from 6 months to 5 years according to the needs of each Investor. Risk-based pricing determines terms. Our Clients with real estate equity have streamlined access to funds in minimal time and with minimal red tape. Vantage Investment reviews and responds to financing request in writing within 48 hours. Funds can be wired once all conditions are satisfied, in as early as 14 days. Vantage Investment will typically hold each loan in our portfolio and provide the loan servicing. Investors receive a monthly report detailing funds currently invested, payments received, interest earned and ROI, and funds in trust ready for placement. Vantage Investment accepts loan packages through qualified mortgage brokers and intermediaries. We conduct our own underwriting, valuations, document preparation and funding.
