VARTC offers you DSC as Licensed Registration Authority (LRA), of Sify - SafeScrypt for distribution of Digital Signature Certificate. The Sify - SafeScrypt, ( Certifying Authority Services being provided by Sify, a Government of India Approved ) is licensed Certified Authority authorized by Controller of Certifying Authority (CCA), Government of India, to issue various types of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC). Digital Signature Certificate issued by Sify can be used to create legally valid Digital Signatures which has the same legal recognition and validity as handwritten signatures. MCA Ministry of Company Affairs has started a unique e-Governance programme named MCA21. In which, new e-forms have been notified and statutory filing, in the office of RoC would be on the basis of the new e-forms only. Detailed MCA21 programme is available at website http://mca.gov.in.
